Solving Magic Cube (Rubik's Cube)

Step 1: White cross

and perform the rotations to find the white cross and

blue centre matching with blue-white edge, orange centre with orange-white edge, green centre with green-white edge and red centre with red-white edge. BOGR (look like BOAR)

The steps are first match blue centre with blue-white edge and move this pair to white centre. If the situation is like this


Now do same thing for Orange, Green and Red. 

Step 2: White Corners and one layer




 Repeat this for all colors.

After that bring yellow centre on the top. And find find the white face on the corner side of the yellow centre layer (i.e. top layer). See which color this corner on top has.



 Then perform U rotations (clockwise or anticlockwise), then F rotation(clockwise or anticlockwise)/R rotation(clockwise or anticlockwise). Then do U rotations(clockwise or anticlockwise). And finally R rotation(clockwise or anticlockwise)/F rotation (clockwise or anticlockwise).

Step 4: Yellow Cross edge colors matching with centre colours

Rotate the yellow centre face U or U' to find two adjacent yellow Cross edge colors are matching with centre colours. Now rotate the whole cube such that yellow cente is on top and the situation is like this




Special Case: If front and back faces (or left and right faces) yellow Cross edge colors are matching with centre colours. Then make them front and back colours and do the above rotations.



Step 5: To Make Right Corners with Right Edge

Definition of Right Corner: If corner piece contains colors of adjacent faces centre in any order, then that piece is called Right Corner.

Definition of Right Corner with Right Edge: If corner piece contains colors of adjacent faces centre in any order, then that piece is called Right Corner and also Edge piece color matches with centre colours in all three adjacent faces.




Step 6: Send yellow color of right corner with right edge to yellow centre face




Step 7: Rubik's Cube is solved

Just rotate the layer (Only U or U' rotations (yellow centre on top)) and the cube is solved. Happy.
