जलजीरा और गोलगप्पे का पानी बनाने की विधि

हरा धनिया और पोदीना, एक समान मात्रा में लें| इसमें  एक हरी मिर्च, चाट मसाला, काला नमक, काली मिर्च, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हींग, भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर और एक ताजे नीबू का रस डाल कर मिक्सर में चला लें। 


In a blender, combine 1 cup of fresh mint leaves, ½ cup of fresh coriander leaves, 2-3 green chilies (adjust to taste), 1-inch piece of ginger, and a pinch of black salt.

Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture into a large bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of tamarind pulp, 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of black salt, and ½ teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Mix well, then add 4 cups of chilled water and stir to combine.
