If you want to start numbering from 1 then,
Press ctrl+F9
then paste

If you want to start numbering from 5 then do,

and then press F9.
In place of number list you can write ANYTHING LIKE FIGURES, TABLES etc.
If you want to hide equation number
Press ctrl+F9
then paste
seq NumList \h \r 1\
and then F9.
4. calculation
ctrl+F9

F9
= 1/8 \# 0.00x
displays 0.125.
